Expanding your repertoire: more play, fun, dynamism

Your body is amazing. It's capable of incredible play, pleasure, and dynamism—more than what society leads us to believe.

Through meditation, visualisation, movement, and exploring the constructs of gender, this workshop helps you expand your body's potential for play, expression, and funnn (in the bedroom, in your Self, in life).

This is great for feeling more dynamic (it gives you options, baby) and more alive (less wooden) in your body. You'll discover parts of yourself you didn't know existed (or you didn't know you were allowed to enjoy). Mmmm, so good!

This is a very fun, practical, and unique gender-aware and -inclusive Tantra workshop.
In this workshop, you'll:

Learn and practice embodiment and relaxation practices to get into your body (that’s where the magic happens after all).

Explore constructs of gender and hear stories about how unconscious assumptions, expectations, and norms produce can produce limited expressions of who we are and can be (in our Selves, in the bedroom, in life).

Deep dive into the Tantric notion of the Feminine & Masculine. In theory and embodied practice, we’ll explore the unhealthy and healthy expressions of each and access the missing parts of us (yin AND yang!).

Access the Feminine & Masculine through breath, sound, movement, and embody new creative, confident, and BOOYAH! potential into your body, bedrooms, and life.

With a special collaboration between Tantrikas and gender experts, this is a unique gender-aware and -inclusive Tantra workshop!

Who's facilitating?

Caitlyn Cook

Caitlyn is a conscious sexuality teacher and founder of the SexyLove Project. She incorporates lots of things in her work with sexuality and embodiment, like meditation, dance, drama, and mindfulness.

Caitlyn used to suffer from clinical depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. It sucked. She found Tantra four years ago and looooves what it's unlocked for her—body confidence, possibility, pleasure, aliveness, authenticity.

Caitlyn identifies as bi- (or pan-) sexual and has a playful, no BS, and accessible way of teaching Tantra. She celebrates the strength of vulnerability, seeing it as the place for healing, connection, and empowered living.

These workshops always sell out, so get in quick!

Are you keen for the workshop, but thinking, "hmm, yeh, but, mmmm, I’m not sure?"

Try this:

Will it be fun?
Definitely. Playfulness & not taking things too seriously are key. This is Tantra after all: it's about pleasure and nourishment, authentically.

Will it be weird?
Anything that's different can seem weird at first. It may be an unusual experience for you, but it'll be expansive. Possibly challenging, but that means that you grow and become more you!

Do I have to do stuff? Or just listen to you talk?
You have free choice at all times. All exercises are 100% voluntary and you can choose to sit and watch if that is what feels best for you. The workshop will be a little bit of listening, mostly doing. It's experiential—this allows you to learn things & make shifts with your mind, emotions and spirit. Powerful stuff.

How intimate is this workshop?
This workshop relates to sexuality, but it involves non-sexual interaction. There is no erotic touch. Also, you don’t have to do anything, ever—you’re fully in your personal sovereignty 100% of the time.

Is it for single people? Or people with partners?
Both: it's suitable for everyone. For people with partners, this workshop can transform your relationship. It’s unlikely your partner would feel threatened, etc. Check in with them, though!

All genders- and queer-friendly?

Who else will be there?
Me and Sally. Your friends, and folks you haven’t met yet. Bring a friend, if you’re nervous or want to have some awesome expansion with a favorite pal!
