From self-sabotage to Superhuman: a women's wellness workshop — WLG

  • Double Denim 110 Cuba Street Wellington (map)

Presented by the Ace Lady Network.

Whether it’s our intimate relationships, creative practices, business or family, we often take steps in the opposite direction we want to go. Why? How do we stop sabotaging our joy, connection and success?

With simple and powerful approaches synthesised from mindfulness, creative meditation, Tantra, shamanism, Taoism and meridian therapy, remember how to live a life where we are actually present for it, remember it, feel joyful and in flow. Where we’re in connection and love. Where we can ask for what we want and need and receeeeive it.

What you’ll get out of this workshop:

  • Learn how to work with negative self-talk

  • Build self-love, self-care and self-worth muscles

  • Understand ways to emotionally detox and find clarity, peace and connection

  • Discover how to wield your mind in favour of your outcomes, not against

  • Learn practices that build power and vitality in your body (physical, emotional, spiritual)

  • Find healing and hope in difficult situations in your life right now

  • Develop your creative courage and resilience

This is not a workshop about getting more done and ticking more things off a never-ending to-do list. It’s about building Love back into our mind, emotion, body, relationships and projects so that we can thrive in them.

This workshop is appropriate for singles, people in relationship(s), and people of all orientations, cis, trans and non-binary folks. You’re in your personal sovereignty 100% of the time.

Who’s facilitating?

Caitlyn was 10 years old when she first worried that she wasn’t good enough. She started believing she must earn love by being impressive. Transforming into perfectionism and performance anxiety, she developed clinical anxiety, depression and disordered eating as a young woman.

Caitlyn’s journey to freedom is what led her to become an international coach, facilitator, writer and artist working in mindfulness, Self-Love, sacred sexuality and shamanic healing.

Her work centers embodiedness and explores Love, freedom, body-image, authenticity, surrender, and power. Her influences are broad, including meditation, shamanism, sexual alchemy, entheogens, acting, psychodrama, nature, movement and ritual.

Undertaking comprehensive training with International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), Shamanic Studies Asian, and mentorship with multiple leaders in the field, Caitlyn facilitates groups and coaches internationally.

Caitlyn is an apprentice ISTA faculty.
