The Ace Lady Network (Wellington, NZ) is here to ensure you are feelin' yourselves with the SexyLove Project's 'Touch that feels like WOW: a Tantra-inspired workshop'.
This is a strictly non-awkward and non-seedy introduction to touch as a form of connection and is also a great way to build confidence. It's all about communication: verbal + non-verbal.
What you'll get out of the workshop:
Connect with your genuine desire
This is a How to Have Good Sex 101. Wait, make that How to Have a Good Life 101. We connect with our genuine desire: do we really want X? Y? Z? We learn tools to easily say yes to the stuff we want and no to the stuff we don’t want. Then we practice in pairs. (No physical touch in this one, just vocal communication)
Tell me what you want, what you really, really want
We learn a few different communication tools to receive touch exactly how we like it. And to give it real good! We connect with a simple desire we have (e.g. I’d love a hand massage), pair up and practice our comms tools. (This one involves simple touching, between elbow and hand)
Expand your touch repertoire
Using inspiration from Captain Planet (the five elements!), we experiment with different types of touch. We notice what we feel comfortable with and where we have room to grow our confidence. We go deeper into understanding what truly feels good for us. (This one involves simple touching, between elbow and hand)
This workshop is for females only and is appropriate for singles or couples.
Me! I'm a conscious sexuality teacher and founder of the SexyLove Project. I incorporate lots of things in my work with sexuality and embodiment, like meditation, dance, drama, and mindfulness.
I used to suffer from clinical depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. It sucked. I found Tantra four years ago and looooves what it's unlocked for me—body confidence, possibility, pleasure, aliveness, authenticity.
How much is it and how to book?
