Becoming a master of your life: look for the little signals asking for change

Everything has a beginning. Everything starts small, from a first step.

It’s possible that your system is giving you signals to make a change. To start something. To stop something else.

With this change, your life will begin to really get momentum. For you to become YOU.

Maybe the change life is asking you to make is to rest.

Maybe it’s to buy the campervan.

Maybe it’s to work out.

Maybe it’s to get some juicy human contact at a dance class.

Maybe it’s to go to therapy and deal with unfinished business from childhood.

Maybe it’s to stop watching so much p.rn.

Maybe it’s to finally open up to another person vulnerably.

Maybe it’s to relax your mind.

It’s simply a matter of natural law: there is something in your life that needs THIS for balance. For growth. So life is asking you to bring it.

Life gives you a little signal to tell you ‘go this way!’

If you don’t listen, it’ll give you one a little bigger.

If this one still doesn’t catch your attention (or your action), a bigger signal comes.

The question for you is, what is Life trying to show you now? What change is it asking for?

You become a master of your life when you can start to notice the little signals and do something about them now…

Rather than waiting till things get so intense that you HAVE to pay attention (like a health crisis, relatationship break down or financial wobbles).

So, notice: what are the little (or not so little) niggles in your life that are asking you for a change?

These changes are not always esay to make, but they will take you in the direction of YOU. Balance. Growth.

Lean in.
