Sexuality, spirituality, Bwiti + growth: a talk with me and my first spiritual father
When I first began my 'healing' work, I was really just trying to dig myself out the hole I was in.
I wanted to be less anxious and feel more free and relaxed when it came to intimacy. Also about my body and self-image (I had disordered eating).
I started down the path of tuning into myself, healing the tight knots in my mind and body, and feeling what's beyond the edges of 'me'.
Tantra and therapy were a big part of this.
As I continued this exploration, I realised wasn't just a therapeutic pursuit, it was about me contacting my nature, the nature of the universe. I was on a journey of meeting truth — treasures of the Divine.
What i didn't realise is how many truths and treasures of the Divine you can find in sexuality.
It's a code, a binary code, that creates all of life...
And when we meet sexuality consciously, we can understand ourselves and this universe we live in with more mastery.

I especially got to understand this when I met the Bwiti tradition in Gabon, Africa.
They've understood the power of sexuality for thousands of years...
I was first initiated by Bwiti Nima (shaman) Gregory Puente in 2019.
