Ready to connect deeply with yourself? This journey is about meeting your first lover—YOU. Discover what you truly enjoy, expand your pleasure, and harness your erotic energy to support your dreams.
Do you know your body erotically? What do you like? How deeply can you connect with yourself?
Knowing yourself—including your body and pleasure—opens the door to sharing your desires with partners authentically, leading to deeper connection and presence. Your erotic energy is powerful; you’ll learn to use it consciously to support what you desire in life (self-acceptance, connection, abundance, confidence, and more).
What you’ll get out of the workshop:
Slowing your mind down and feeling more present
Deeper self-connection and self-love
Greater body acceptance and confidence
New insights into what you desire and how to communicate it
Expanded ways of experiencing pleasure
Tools for using your erotic energy to support your dreams
Releasing stored tension and freeze in the body
More confidence and ease
How it works (important info that will answer a few questions you may have):
