Going through a big change in your life? here’s something for your transition phase 🦋 (free)
Going through transitions is not always easy.
Starting or ending a relationship.
Following your heart and changing your work.
Menopause.
Becoming a parent.
Losing someone you love.
Moving country.
These are like the moment where the caterpillar curls up inside the chrysalis and becomes goo — it’s transforming in order to become something new, something totally unknown to it now.
The caterpillar loses the form it once knew — *all* that remains in this chrysalis phase is its nervous system (imagine that!?). Losing the structure of your wormy body and becoming goo with a promise of becoming a BUTTERFLY. What could it be thinking? The old is gone, but the new is not here yet!
And this can be what it feels like for us. What we once new becomes goo and yet the new has not yet arrived.
It can be scary to be in that unknown, but you can take a breath because this is following the law of regeneration: in order to reach the new, the old dies. And after the old is gone, the new arrives. And indeed, it does come.
Maybe you’re in a transition moment right now? Maybe you feel an old version of yourself dying? Something new is coming…
The spring follows the winter…
Trust the process and stay positive.
Though this is indeed a law of nature and you will get there, sometimes encouragement on the way helps. I made a playlist of songs to support your process of regenerating 🦋
To your peaceful and trusting heart,
Caitlyn
